Rules for Renting the Hall 1. Absolutely no carry-ins of any kind can be brought in. This includes alcohol, soda, champagne, punch, etc. All of this is available upon request. Champagne and punch must be requested in advance. 2. No one under 21 years of age is allowed on the premises unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 3. All food must be catered by The "K" Ranch This is the law. No food prepared at home is allowed. 4. Decorating: Only table decorations are allowed ( like balloons ). NO CONFETTI ALLOWED. All decorations need to be removed when the event is over. The "K" Ranch will attempt to provide an appropriate banner in the hall marking your special occasion. 5. All decorations and personal belongings should be taken with you when the party is over. We will not be responsible for anything that is left overnight. 6. Any damage done to the hall/beer garden are the sole responsibility of the person listed above. 7. Absolutely no stag parties WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END ANY PARTY OR EVENT IMMEDIATELY IF THERE IS ANY INAPPROPRIATE OR ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR OF ANY KIND.
